Welcome to Tranquil Heart Reiki. I’m a certified Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner based in Central Utah. Along with serving the community, I also support students and healthcare professionals who face significant mental and emotional stress. I work with students from Snow College and Nephi College who want natural ways to manage stress and find balance during busy school schedules and tests. I also help people at Central Valley Medical Center in Nephi who are looking to ease anxiety, recover from burnout, and support their nervous system.
